Fall ACS in the City of brotherly love. Most fascinating insight: The sequence of "tree streets" in Philly are ordered N to S by decreasing wood hardness. Ben Franklin knew his trees! Honorable mention: Using ink jet printers to map composition phase space.

Timber

Crazy winds removed a limb - the third for this Bradford pear. The town efficiently dismembered and chipped the remaining trunk and limbs to avoid a fourth such loss. On the plus side, there are more areas of full sun in which to expand the veggie garden.

	Our first road trip with Spencer. It took a while, but eventually he settled down.
	It was his first meeting with the WY crew, including "Bear", the new Newfie puppy.
	Although big, Bear was a great playmate. Uncle Mike enjoyed playing with Spencer too.

Patio extended

With the air conditioning unit relocated from the back of the house, we no longer require a garden-filled-with-bushes-to-hide-an-air-conditioner. So we had the patio expanded. Unfortunately, we didn't have the foresight  to take any before pictures.

Making a mess blowing eggs to decorate for Easter. It is certainly easier to use a needle and syringe than pure lung power, although there is increased risk of over-pressurization (oops!).

A quick analysis of my publications list suggests that I favour certain manuscript titles. I also enjoy verbs ending in -ing with a series manuscripts titled "Watching...", "Chasing..." and "Trapping...".
